1. Cancellations

Once payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds or cancellations will only be provided where required by law.

2. Missed Classes

No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes.

Where possible, we may offer recordings, rescheduling, or alternative sessions at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Technical Issues

If a class cannot run due to technical issues on our side, we will reschedule the class or provide an alternative solution.

We are not responsible for technical problems caused by your own equipment or internet connection.
